Went there for dinner, and they stopped serving hot food, never gave refills. Told the manager and he laughed in our face, saying no one else complained when we literally heard many people talking about how bad the food and service was. Still charged us $65. I left no tip. Definitely not worth it! They should have a sign were they say at what time they stop serving food, such a huge rip off. The prices are too high especially for this area. Go to DC area & you'll find a better buffet, AND cheaper too! Take this as a warning and all the other reviews.

First time I was there it was a great day. Went 2 times after that and was very dissapointed. Butter is very watery and taste funny. Sushi was good and hibachi is good, and fish was great. The rest was so so calamari rubbery ,not crispy. The service was horrible people are not friendly. Sushi maker was down right rude. Will never go back

When I was young. My grandmother loved coming here. As the years go by, quality and quantity have decreased here. There are never any crab legs and you basically fight with others to make sure you get some. For the price of almost $19 per person including drinks, it's not worth the money you pay for the food that is served.

We went to eat there Tuesday evening and were very disappointed. We got there right before dinner and got the first batch of crab legs. When we cracked the first one, it was yellow and had a terrible odor. We notified the waitress who was very sweet about the whole ordeal. She called the owner to come to our table. He looked at them and apologized, saying they ordered them and had no way of knowing if they were good. He was very polite and sent us out a fresh plate. They were no different. The waitress cracked one and tasted it (although I begged her not to), and she said they were nasty. There was a woman putting food out that I imagine was also an owner. The waitress explained to her the issue, and she was rude, trying to make us pay full price for dinner even though we didn't even eat anything from the dinner buffet due to the crab legs. The waitress called the man and he agreed to take the dinner price off for us. I had my daughter call back while we were driving home to see if they were still serving the crab legs on the buffet, and they said they were. Being that the owners said they were the only ones they had, I hope no one ate them. We warned people who were coming in, and thankfully they left. We also called the health department to report. Had they taken them off right then, I would be understanding, but to continue to serve them, and charge people for them knowing they were bad, I just cannot sit by and let it go unreported.

Poor deliverance of customer service, we asked to be seated at a different table, when we moved the server still placed our drinks there at previous table. The food has no taste, all crab meat options are imitation other than the tasteless snow crabs. I was really expecting a different experience. The server not once refilled our beverages until 10 mins before ending our meal....Im sure that's only task she maintains is drinks and a cleared table during the meal, we get our own food! Not returning.
